Qui Dio è il Centro Del Nostro EssereA Poem by Terry CollettHere God is the center of our being the old monk said. The long cold cloister and the smell of freshly baked bread and the central garth. 5am bell wakes me to a new day and darkness outside and walking the cloister in silence sensing the morning chill hearing the echo of the bell vibrates through my inner being seeing but also not seeing.
