Jane Reflects On a Long Ago LoveA Poem by Terry CollettShe stands by the small church graveyard where once he and she stood sixty odd years before but now she stands alone gazing around the graves listening to the birds in hedgerows sing as others had sung those years ago. In her mind seeing him beside her holding hands talking about the birds or church or school. But then he disappears as he had those many years before him and his family moved away for ever and an eternal day.
