Juliet's Smile In Classroom 1962.A Poem by Terry CollettSometimes in the classroom she would turn and gaze over at me and smile, then turn away to listen to whatever it was the teacher may say. But I held that smile in my mind and treasured it like a light a man might hold onto before he became blind. I sat waiting for her to turn around again, not caring what the teacher taught or said. I turned her laughing smile around in my schoolboy head instead.
