What If. . . Would You?

It's for a contest. Best way to get me to write.

What if I said I was sorry?

   Would you forgive me?

What if I didn't say I was sorry?

   Would you hate me?

What if I said I love you?

   Would you say you love me back?

What if I didn't say I love you?

   Would you still say you love me?

What if I cried to you?

   Would you comfort me?

What if I didn't cry to you?

   Would you still comfort me?

What if we were to run away together?

   Would they then accept our love?
