Etiam in Morte, Perdurat AmorA Poem by Tim SchultzEven in Death, Love Prevails
If a woman
Would stand with me In the young-dawn light, Staring out to Sea, She’ll become my true love- Whom I bequeath my heart. And when she too, comes to pass, Our brood shall stand on the beach And give our bodies to the Sea. All will end where all had begun- She was my dawn, and I was her dusk. And forever, we will drown in Love. © 2013 Tim Schultz |
