Flowers of Love

A rose, for one who makes me laugh,
You make me mumble and stutter,
You make my heart flutter,
A rose for my other half,

A lily, for one so pure,
Who helps me through the rough,
Who always stands up tough,
A lily, to keep you sure,

A lilac, for one so young,
For you have caught my heart,
For your love is a work of art.
A lilac, for by the love bug I have been stung.

This is my first poem so it's a bit short. I read over it and couldn't find any grammar problems but if you do please tell me.
