Screams of a stream

Screams of a stream

A Poem by The Ghost of Robert Lee
"

wrote this sitting in class kinda of day dreaming, remembering stuff from the pass and present

"

Screams

all a flow

in a stream

left with nothing but me

nothing but me

thoughts looking back

seeing myself stabbed in the back

all I see is black

trapped in a cave

failing to escape the waves

waves of pain

invain

I stuggle

all I feel is pain

invasion

exploitation of everything I hold so near

but not it's all clear

You never wanted me near

You never wanted me near

You never wanted me here

just so long as I was nowhere near you

and now I can't hear you

no longer fear you

I'm near you

near you

no longer anything to fear

I take control and begin to steer

steer clear of the fear

all you know are lies

all you speak are lies

all you teach are lies

all you create are lies

I like the use of repetition here, it makes the piece quite powerful.
