The Spinning Wheel

A friend of mine gave me the topic of a spinning wheel to write on,but I went all abstract for this short piece.

Rotations -

Total turns,
Turning nations.

Revolutions -

King's dethroned,
Tyrants removed when

Restitution -

Is not achieved and the
People rest in ruins.

Resolutions -

Become bare delusions
When new years become old ones.

Opportunities -

Made and lost,
Lost then found

Communities -

Of planets bound
By the Sun in Sundown,

Darkness -

Turns to light
As the sky shall harness

The POWER -

Of the Spinning Wheel,
Changing times : so surreal.
