Our LoveA Poem by SiblingRandom poem I wrote with Someone you don't know.
The Love we share bears the Moon and Stars
A kind of Love that never dies The rare immortal light glows from afar That helps us unto each other find: Refuge - I refute the cold world in your warmth. You orbited empty space seeking to find a Sun; But you landed within the grasp of my arms - Close to my heart as the warm blood runs. We are from a different planet altogether, Nothing can ever alienate us You and I learn to deal with the weather As the early rains attempt to annihilate us. But we come from beyond the clouds and skies, Our love lies beyond merely worldly ties. © 2014 SiblingAuthor's Note
