The pen and the sword

Which would you choose?
The pen or the sword?
Of course you would pick the sword.
But have you heard that the pen is mightier than the sword.

From a sword.
Is a scratch, a wound, an injury.
It can heal easily.
Forgotten for a short period of time.

From a pen.
Once it is written it may stay.
It will record.
It will be remembered.

Choose again.
The pen or the sword.
