Déjà Vu

Déjà Vu

A Poem by The Things She Noted

My dreams have been so vivid that I no longer am able to decipher between reality and lucidity

Everything is just one long day
One long hour
One long minute

Seconds to decide if I have seen this episode already

Everything is eerily familiar

I’ve been here before

Done that already

Seen you

No we aren’t just meeting

Hm

I wonder if there is death at all or just the constant replay of lived out days that were almost forgotten

Almost

Sad little hours filled with déjà vu
