Season to season

I got tired of the typical 'Roses are red' poems and came up with my own, just try not to laugh too much. :)

Version 1.0

Spring is cold,
summer warm,
at the sight of you my heart is a-storm,
Rain is wet,
sunlight merry,
without you,
there are gaps a-plenty,
Fall brings colour,
the winter snow,
please never tell me that you'll go.

And version 1.1

Spring bloom,
Summer heat,
I dance to this unknown beat,
Fall colour,
Winter bone,
Time shall always roam.
Forever forward,
nary a step back,
my love blind like bats.
Though we're far,
my spirit is near,
protecting you from all you fear.

Please don't be too brutal, they're first edits and I didn't spend too long on them.
