Autumns Fire

I watch as fire engulfs branch after branch

Yellow, red and orange flames litter the ground

Reflecting bright off of the suns light

No remnant remains of their original green hue

Because October came and burned them down

I love Autumn and I wrote this after spending Columbus weekend in New Hampshire.

I like this one, it's short but there's a sort of passion there you speak with that gives a it the proper balance between the imagery and the description. Really nice writing. The feeling shows through.

That third line seems a little awkward. Perhaps you ought to go through this one more time, correct the two spelling errors ("liter" and "rembrent" - "litter" and "remembrance"?), and expand the third line a bit. Brief is good, but the flow is a bit stilted and a couple images you're trying to evoke aren't quite clear. Excellent overall picture and a great start, though.
