Butterfly

Butterfly

A Poem by T.S. Sky
"

This is a poem about two souls meeting and never leaving.

"
Ancient Stars have long told our story
A budding romance
Transform into fiery passion

No one eyes can ever captivate me
The way yours do
The way your eyes leave me in a trance

Deep in thought inside my heart
I can never let you go

Holding your fragile soul
In the palms of my hand
Like a butterfly

You could fly away
You could
You choose not to

You sit in my hand
You let me stroke your wings
You let me kiss your colors

You are a beautiful mystery
You sold yourself to me
For a kiss

I am forever yours
You are forever mine
In eternity of all times
Through life and death
I will never let you go

Truely beautiful. The 'holding buterfly' metaphor is great, and really captures the beauty and fragility of love.
There may be a typo in the second verse ("No one eyes..."). It might be correct grammar-wise, but I think 'No one's' might fit better. Just illuminating that for you!
Keep up the amazing work :)
