To Die in a Garden of FlowersA Poem by Thomas Emile VaughenRead, review, like and subscribe ;)To die in a garden of flowers, you live in a trench No one's going to lavish your grave with tears of petals, if you never bothered to brandish a sword and fight for something Thus spoke Zarathustra; you must count every curse and meet her with an intimate kiss, a lover on a journey up a mountain It will end when you fall on your knees Humbled, yet stronger In life there is the hissing rain, the wicked winds of witches and the lonely black sky which is infested with the howls of hungry wolves, ravenous ravens - all longing for flesh and (I call that an opportunity) to embrace Every single daunting task is the impetus for daring Every boulder we push, we beat back the limit of our weaknesses Be the knight that leaves the castle, slays a dragon To die in a garden of flowers
