Boson

Boson

A Poem by Thomas Emile Vaughen

Was our story one quick kiss?
Something given in drunken
earnest, barely Boson detectable
Like, particle collider passion
Pop, stop

Next years dalliance already
pre-determined I'm averaging
out at one moment of salvation
for an eon of spiritual starvation

Perhaps something deep inside
needs rejuvenation Otherwise
I'll die alone

That's not a poetry
but it is a truth
