Had to give my explanation of why I write the way I do, and quote a few of my favorite poems I wrote in the process.

I want to write to be understood, for people to comprehend, but to be so good, that you’d do nothing but compliment.

Stories of fallen hero’s, and dangers lurking, to know what’s dormant.

To understand not just my own, but others torment.

I don’t want to upset you, but just like time, life isn’t frozen.

Clearly in this world, there’s countless things, that are very broken, sorry that I’m not using the Bible to be quoting.

There’s just been so many things, that we’ve all been ignoring.

One day we need to all wake up, and quit snoring.

Find the search for a real goal, of higher glory.

I’ve been stock piling these burdens, so I could tell these epic stories, because my purpose to stay alive, will be understood by those who are truly mourning.

I’ve been crafting these words, as if I’ve been forging.

I write in the dark, preferably as it’s pouring.

I like to write as I cover my tears, this isn’t something others should be ignoring.

But to each their own, to some others tales are very boring, no reason to read another’s story’s.

ThreeWrites Excellent as always! Ironically, we never say, "Well, that's Mother Goose But Please Don't Quote me!" The Bible is our Handbook for Life. People just turn from good and head towards bad. Why? SMh.
God knows your path already! He has every second in His hand. Just follow your heart and not your head.
Yes, It's easier said than done. I do quite a bit of snoring myself. God judges our "heart" and you have a good one. Great write!

You speak with such direct humanity, without fear of what others think....I like that.
