The Flower of Life

The Flower of Life

A Poem by Crifa

Erupted bloom,
Lights the night,
Where darkness looms,
Bringing its fright.

It's like life's flower,
Bringing its power.
Starting us over,
Reviving from sulfur.

But don't be fooled,
This flower can bite.
Better stay cool,
Its a spicy night.

It will burn,
It will kill,
It can't learn,
But it has will.

Better bow down to this old sire,
For this is the power of true fire.

I always bow down to the things that gran us life. Only cuz I know they have the power to take it away. Like fire:)
Anyway, if you showed me this and didn't say who it was by, I might not have guessed you. But only because the second stanza, it's not usually your style. It almost halts the poem in it's tracks, it's really great though, halting or not.
Never stray from your beautiful rhythm though!
