Rain.

This is the poem i wrote, when my boyfriend left my house. This boyfriend and i have been through some s**t we went out, broke up and then about a year later, valentines day...hooked up again.

Lying listening ,smiling, sleeping
a calmer rythem within me beating.
a casuality beneath the dawn
Whispers, traces, and tingled skin,
a warmer feeling from within
found that none of us was really gone.

The time had come, clouds did dance
and beauty forced from this romance
the tears of stars and angels too
falling down for all to see
falling down on you; on me
allowing something to show through.

Its been so long and alot built up
we'd drank from the scape goats cup.
things forsaken when i got scared.
And then time helped me know
that i never wanted you to go
and maybe that thing came back repaired.

So days ago, when it rained so true
it revealed something about me and you.
The water washed away my doubt
and i asked you to hang about
and sit with me til the sun comes out.
