Fiction Character

I think the poem speaks much for itself. Just searching for that someone who you only know as fiction right now.

I want to be the one,

To hold you,

To hug you,

To kiss you.

 

My heart is paralyzed,

And now it’s lost,

In the abyss searching,

But you are untouchable.

 

In my dreams I wander,

I meet you and we touch,

But when the sun arises,

My heart falls with you.

 

Yet the days go on,

And I still search,

But the only one on my mind,

Is my fiction character.

The feeling of searching for that special someone that you just haven't met yet (outside dreams, of course) is one that I think many people feel. I know I do! This poem reminds me a lot of Michael Buble's song, "Haven't Met You Yet".
