Flower BedA Poem by MoonTig3rI blame the flower bed.A flower bed was where I was
made Such a lovely scene someone
would say Roses, tulips and sunflowers
too A perfect day where the sky
was clear blue On that flower bed I was
conceived Where a woman, my mother,
grieved She fought and screamed A woman who was double-teamed A flower bed is where I’m
from A woman was raped numb Helpless against the horrible
hell A few months later her
stomach swelled I blame the flower bed. © 2012 MoonTig3r |
