Distant Bird

Distant Bird

A Poem by Tina Kline

distant bird
calling from the top of
a Douglas Fir tree
a chilly misty morning
grey clouds hanging low
distant bird
unfurls her wings
and sails
across the foggy forest

Truly beautiful. This paints a wonderful picture of morning to me, relaxing at the table and enjoying a wonderful cup of caffeine and just enjoying the quiet moment of morning.
