The Time Of Death

The Time Of Death

A Poem by Tina Kline

Darkness reigns supreme
And the shadows fall deep
Nothing moves or breathes
Across the moon death creeps

Night becomes complete
Only somber realities are real
Death takes rigid control
And nothing is left to feel

A dark rhythm dances through your words... Each line becomes a deep stroke of night painted on the mindscape... Stunning for the season.

Thanks so much!!
Very dark and deeply sinister. The shroud of death and the nothingness that it offers makes this deeply disturbing. A very powerful poem and one I enjoyed reading. The work is impressive and well crafted.
