I think we have the same idea of winter. I am longing for warm sunshine and dirt beneath my fingers from planting flowers and my garden.

Ah yes, let the snow fly. Winter is beautiful in its cold way, life is suspended. Some returns, other life doesn't. Great poem about transitions.

like many of us feel sometime...we lose our sense of summer, of zest for life...and become cold with age or pain...and we become frozen, hollow...like leaves dried up and buried under many inches of snow.
