Voice Of The Wolf

Voice Of The Wolf

A Poem by Tina Kline

The wolves singing
music flowing across the ivory snow
a chilly wind brushes by
ruffling their grey and black hair
the wolves singing
their song arching heavenward
intermingling with the Northern Lights
seeking the music of the universe

The night spreads out wide
embracing the wolves
as they surge forward through the snow
nature at Her mightiest
ivory flakes continue to swirl and fall
in the dark sky the Aurora Borealis shifts
the solar winds ripple across the galaxy
as the wolves voices radiate outward
as the wolves voices unfold
at last reaching their impossible heights
blending with the music of the universe
creating a rapture so exquisite and bold

This was AMAZING! :) The feel and sound of the the scene reached out and grabbed me into the moment as if it were 3-D surround sound. I love how the piece wove the wolves song into the the heavens in a way. Almost as if there is something innately divine about them

Beautifully crafted words Aurora!
