Man Wolf

Man Wolf

A Poem by Tina Kline
"

Werewolf.

"
In the dark shadows he waits
Hidden yet obviously there
Watching her with hungry eyes
Seemingly endless without care

She senses a predator is close
She knows he is watching her
His hunger is like heat against her skin
A man of flesh and a man of fur

She knows there is nowhere to run
This beast will take what he needs
He will devour her body and soul
She knows she will enjoy it as he feeds

The Wolf Man steps into the moon's shine
What she sees takes her breath away
She wants him as much as he wants her
She surrenders willingly to his rough play

Their pleasure flows endlessly into the dark
Their cries of ecstasy rise forever skyward into the night
Man, woman, beast, prey
They become one in the moon's concealing light
