Fallen Angel

Fallen Angel

A Poem by Tina Kline

Apocrypha -
         I am - One
I have - become
             Fallen Angel
Apotheosis of evil
My wings - Leather
             Black
It is the life giving light
            I lack
Fledgling devil
Succubi - Into your dreams
Seduction - I come
                   I cry
I am - Yahweh's Dark Shadow
I lurk in the hollow places
                   of the human mind
Demonology is my way
Pessimistic and grotesque
                  I am here to stay
Immortal - Bleeding pain
With a human man
                  I am in love -
It is a love in vain
So in the sequence
                 of Death's Reality
I am reborn - Resurrected
cursed - I can never die
