Pink Petals

Pink Petals

A Poem by Tina Kline

Sweeping pink petals
drifting in the far distance
riding the air waves
over the endless blue mountains

They wink in the sunshine like crimson metal
Creating a soft yet powerful resistance
Bobbing in the wind it seems they wave
Gushing ever onward like a red fountain

A very unique and surreal poem. I like this different perspective of spring.

There's beauty in this poem, beauty with a sharp biting edge. Very unique. I like this.
