Ravens

Ravens

A Poem by Tina Kline

See them in the shadows
Ravens flocking
Hear their dark cries
Mocking
Soon someone will die

See them in the shadows
Ravens gathering
See their dark eyes
Collecting
In the graveyard where loved ones lie

See them in the shadows
Raven's mocking
Their black wings unfurling
Reflecting
Certain death as they soar through the sky
