Maze of Recognition

Two ships passing

On the seas visage

Tip and sway

With currents strength

 

Although we are separate

Entities, we share

Like minds

Like hearts

 

We step into

Realms torch

Reaching out for 

What we desire

 

Knowing that time

And space

Mock us and our carnal

Needs

 

Yet we linger

Hoping to break

The barriers

Between us

 

Dance with me

In the dark

Amongst flames

Of heated light

 

Whisper to me

Of your hearts calling

Let me fall within

The emotions of your soul

 

What mazes of recognition

Do you see within my eyes reflection?

I wonder if they betray

My fervor

 

Although I cannot feel your touch

I am there

With you

There is no question, no hesitation

 

Between the binary codes

Amongst nodes and servers

My lifeline is tied

So I can swim towards you…
