When I followed a trend
I followed being antisocial,

In this I was had
wanted to represent myself
awestruck by glamour

and yet I didn''t bother to get into

glamour rock or hairmetal
I do like ballads and I'm not fooling anyone

that meat loaf has more style,

I use to be fat.
