Can't get rid of a stare
 no secret to what happens

  to my sense of care

if I can't go up
 the stairs
   Don't have

     more than a chance

     to get right,

        and settle

            for what is

                     fair

       Images don't mean much

    that's not what I want

 there won't be anyone
