Mind & Heart

It is very easy to fool my heart

When it misses somebody alot,!

My Mind laughs at it

Because

Mind knows true words of heart goes unheard!

Still

Heart just Hurts

So

I always behave to fool My Heart

To

Maintain My Smile Always "ONN"

It's interesting to describe feelings in terms of body parts. Such expression feels a little bit distanced from the body parts. "My mind laughs at my heart" is a clever & creative idea, but it feels a little standoffish, as if the narrator isn't involved. It makes for an interesting juxtaposition of "expressing feelings" and yet not really owning the feelings (((HUGS)))
