It's best to always face the heat and bare your sin....it is the truest way to cleanse one's soul and be reborn anew. It's a world of too many heat seekers stoking the fire and seducing the flames, unfortunately. That toothy grin is reminiscent of too many sweets, as well! Another interesting piece, Vagrant.

Can't say why exactly but makes me think of "Face it with a Grin".
Song from the Flintstones. Sometimes we wear our pride ear to ear.
I suppose it's the illusion of happiness that we leave and are left with in the end.
I think it's probably just relief though. An end to suffering. "Neat" poem.
Rhyming makes poems more "fun", don'tcha think?
