Secret Agent Button

She's not the very best secret agent... But she's a master of forgetting who her tail belongs to.

I brought home a Button.

She chases her tail and

She chases my ankles

She chases the mailman

She chases the trashcan

She chases the wall

It doesn't have to be moving:

She chases it all.

She does it at midnight, when I'm trying to work

She does it at noon, when I'm sleeping (the jerk)

She does it awake, and she does it asleep:

She lays in my bed and she murders my feet.

I've tried tying string to my bedroom door

In attempt to distract her for two minutes, or more

I've tried playing hard, until she's worn down

But it seems there's no stopping her running around

Despite all of that, she's perfect. You see:

My heart simply melts when she cuddles with me.

If she's a cat, well fair enough, but if not, keep an eye on the crazy cat lady 😀
I looked after a cat for a while when my old neighbour got another that didn't play well. Why do they always claw the big toe? Why do they look at you like it's their house and they let you live there? And most importantly, why do we put up with the arrogant little s***s?
Just leave a tin of cat food in her bowl with a tin opener and see how they get on with that 😀
It is a cat, right? I'm almost sure of it, but you just never know these days 😀
