"Sowing"

     "Sowing"

 

Plant the seed, let it grow,

Nurture it...so it will know,

It will thrive on sun and rain...

Also survive...occasional pain.

 

Add water...and the sun,

Fertilize...and it is done.

Wait patiently, to see a sprout,

Smile with joy, when it pops out.

 

Sow the seeds of love...let them grow,

Nurture them, so a heart will know...

Love can thrive...in sun and rain,

Even overcome...heartache and pain.

 

Add teardrops, and then some sun,

Stir together until it is done.

Wait patiently for love to sprout,

Shout with joy, when it comes out.

 

With love comes...a little rain,

Sometimes teardrops and also pain.

Yet inside...joy...makes it all worth while,

As lovers sit, talk... and smile.

 

A beautiful garden...takes time to grow,

As love begins...growth does flow.

This flows beautifully and i love the metaphor use. SO true how with time, care ,nurture love can bloom and blossom ! Yes it does have its rainy days (sometimes storms lol) but the sunny days always out weigh the bad!!
