              "Sun"

Awoke this morning, to sun in my eyes;

Now wasn't that...a pleasant surprise?

This winter has been cloudy as can be;

But, today...the sunlight welcomed me.

Some how the sun, drives away winter's blues;

Chases away sad thoughts...I am happy to lose.

Brings a big smile...all frowns are replaced;

Along with sad thoughts I am happy to erase.

Perhaps this sunny day...is just a fluke in time;

But I am going to enjoy it, while it is mine.

    40 degrees and sunny...Whoopee>

I love this bright and warm piece! I too love the sun, unfortunately I'm headed
back to the cold of Colorado next week, where 19 days last month were snow
