Night

A poem I wrote as a writing exercise. It turned out pretty good, so here it is! An excerpt from my book, Love - Short Excerpts.

The night carried within her,

The loneliness that you left.

The secrets you whispered

Send shivers down my soul.

The tear that your love gifted

Still give me hope for the night.

I didn't really plan this, but as the result of the exercise was pretty good, I thought, why not post it?
