Don't let anyone step on you, strike back

 

I like the feeling when you cut me down,
I love it when you kick me around,
it gets me on when my blood hits the ground,
but only metaphorically.

It's lovely when you crush my dreams,
or s**t on all my hair-brained schemes,
or back-stab me until I bleed,
but only metaphorically.

I hope you take me seriously,
and keep on beating up on me,
so that I'll snap and kill you back,
but this time, I mean literally.
