Gemini

Gemini

A Poem by Webbers

What is love, if not sacrifice?

Hold the sweetness in your mouth.

While the bitter burns down your throat.

Let your mascara smudge, and your lips.

Tongue down your throat, holding your words.

Nothing to say when a hand wraps around your neck.

Squeezing the air from you and caressing your skin.

It's a double edged sword, a deadly sin.
