HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ONE AND ALL!

I'm particularly thankful I don't live in New York City, where if what I see on television is true, everyone hates all the people they have to eat with. Here in this house, there will be TWENTY of us, some liberal, some conservative, but what does that have to do with family? Whata great joy we share! If you don't have that kind of love, I am sorry for you, and hope you find it someday. 

Personally, I don't need a special day to be thankful, I walk with God all day, every day, He's my best friend, so, I'm all set.

as a non-american, i never knew what this holiday is actually about. however, your explanation here has elucidated it. it's in the name: THANKS-giving. gratitude is the first step towards enlightenment and a crucial one for happiness and well-being. i'm glad you don't mark just one day in the calender to be grateful. we have been bestowed too many blessings and being blind to them is a grave mistake.
