A poetic Eulogy

                                                              Goodbye Charlie by WR Stowe                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                We lost a great Christian icon,                                                                                                                                                       for telling the truth and not a con.                                                                                                                                           You are with Jesus now after being shot.                                                                                                                                        It's sickening that man who took that shot.                                                                                                                               At your memorial your wife forgave that man.                                                                                                                                I pray he will spend his life in the can.                                                                                                                                     You shared the gospel to so many people.                                                                                                                                      Changed so many lives with the gospel.                                                                                                                                   So many people just don't want to be accountable.                                                                                                                         Though you told the truth when you shared the gospel.                                                                                                           A prayer of comfort I ask for your family and loved ones.                                                                                                                 Although you are gone but will never be forgotten.                                                                                                                 So long Charlie you have finished your race.                                                                                                                                    Your safe in the arms of Jesus thanks for God's loving grace.
