LadybeetleA Story by WaffleSAMAA childhood filled.Ladybeetle, Tiny beetle. You took refuge under my bookbag and, I wondered how long I could ignore it. Your small, vibrant body a contrast against the bland floor and I wonder how you entered this stale domain. I remember a childhood filled with your kin encapsulated in my soft hands, The feeling of their little legs tickling my palms Now I feel nothing as I embrace you and walk out towards your domain. The sun is bright as I toss you to the grass. I walk away to wash my hands, To fully rid myself of you and my childish memories. Ladybeetle, Tiny beetle. © 2018 WaffleSAMA |
