This is me lately

Perks Of Nothing~

I have begged for words to come to me

For hours looking and pleading for sense 

Even a basic sense of something

Asking myself how I should put words together

How to make them feel like something

It took me months to figure it out

Maybe I feel nothing

The picture is always scary when it pops up

How a mood ring even has that feeling

"Nothing nothing nothing nothing"

Nothing has to have its perks right?

Like a loyalty rewards card

I mean I didn't willingly sign up but everyone has done it one time or another

Begging for emotions to come 

"Waiting waiting waiting waiting"

Spoiler I am still waiting...

I relate with this a lot, weather it be lack of inspiration or the absence of emotions as a hole. I'm surprised by how well its described. Great poem
