Are you crashing or gliding today?

Just riding the waves

Sometimes we crash and then sometimes we glide

When we glide we take it and hold on to it and then every time after we search for it

Then we crash and it stings but not like a bee but a swarm over every inch of you

These waves come and go but each time we go back

Searching for that glide

Sometimes you think this is it, all smooth sailing from here

Other times you want to get out and never look back

These waters aren't for the weak or strong

They claim everyone at one time

Yet each day we put on the bravest face and jump in

Each time it is a different day, different things to face

These waves are changing 

Every time there is something new to crash or glide on
