When I Feel Low

When I Feel Low

A Poem by Whisper
"

A quiet poem about finding comfort in silence, music, and small moments of hope during heavy nights.

"
When I feel low, I close my eyes,
And let the quiet hush my cries.
I lie in bed, the lights turned down,
My thoughts the only things that drown.

When voices rise and scold or sting,
I let my songs begin to sing.
The music wraps around my chest,
And gives my aching heart some rest.

When fear arrives, I barely speak,
It whispers loud, my spirit weak.
But still I breathe, I softly pray,
That courage finds me one small day.

And when I cry, my pillow knows
It catches all my silent lows.
No words are said, no truths denied,
It stays with me each time I’ve cried.
