Helpless

It's never worth it..

I lost it all
 falling out of love
  then back in again
Like a halo
 forever turning

Everything is spinning
 inside my head
From day to day
 time to time
  I still think of you

I’m doing better
 promise I’m getting better
I know now
 it wasn’t worth it
  hurting you

Never saw pain
 til that day

Looking in your eyes
 knowing I did that
Seeing you cry
 has never hurt so much

I caused those drops of rain
 to turn to puddles
  on a sun-shiny day
