Just another day in the life of two faces..

He loved me

 

Could I have changed?

Would he have stayed?

 

He wants me to leave

but that won’t last too long

 

He needs me, I know it!

 

But maybe

just maybe

 

Can I ever forgive myself enough to let him go?

 

Our fire’s burnt out long since

 

Yes, he knows how much

I want him

 

Questions go unanswered

answers go untold

 

Thus, the result

of a Broken Soul

What an amazing write. You perfectly displayed the inner thinking of someone who cares so much, that they just don't want to mess up, or they fear they already have. It's so sad when it comes down to it, with those thoughts of what you thought you knew...and they just end up being wrong. All those questions...if only they found their loving answers Jan nothing would be like this. That kinda thing...
Either way, absolutely wonderful job, (I read it twice, as is expected with you haha) and I couldn't stop smiling either time. I just love how you let your gift shine through things that the reader can relate to. Excellent.
