OverflowingA Poem by willwebTearing out
sheets, three holed
rippings, dangling pieces which once
held poetry, written for
you Crumbled in
my hand, now paper wads
for tossing Torn from
my notebook of emotioned
phrases Margined scribbles in affectionate
ink Verses, fancy
words in
multi-colored cursive Handwritten
dreams, promises and
wishes, sincere
thoughts in straight lines, testaments
of deep feelings that you threw
away, and now so
do I… My
wastebasket is overflowing, I wish my
heart were too © 2014 willwebReviews
