Walk with me neath falling snowA Poem by willwebAs my heart does plead your name In amongst the shivered calls Crystalline of flowing climb Snow of winter’s fingers falls Footprints on a path of white Longing but to find their way To your arms this warmth I seek This the place they long to stay Moon glow patterns calm the scene Stars design in spiral form Tiny crystal coated skies Softly sway this winter storm Through the branches, evergreen Shadows dance on petals soft In this garden of my dreams Clouds of silver hang aloft My eyes search this twilight bliss Past the gates of iron glaze For this perfect winter’s bloom Here before my lonely days Touch me sweet of drifting dreams On the stems before my sight Kiss me now, my precious flower Hold me close this chilly night Walk with me neath falling snow Wrapped so warm my arms they hold As our love once more is born Out here on this evening cold © 2014 willwebAuthor's Note
